We don’t wait for founders. We build them
IdeaCrafters is a startup studio based in Algiers. We find problems worth solving, bring the right people together, and build the company with them, from the first idea to the first customer
Why we exist ?
North Africa doesn’t lack talent. It lacks a path
Every year, builders across the region have ideas they never build. Not because they can’t, but because they’re alone, under-resourced, and waiting for a green light that never comes. IdeaCrafters exists to remove that excuse. The path is here now
Our story
It started with a question we couldn’t drop
Why is it so hard to build something real from here?
We started on separate paths in tech, chasing the same answer from different rooms. What we found wasn’t a fund, and it wasn’t another incubator. It was a studio, where the work gets done with the founder, not around them

Our core values
Three things we believe
We are bold
We chase ideas other people call too early, too risky, or too far from the map
We are builders
We don’t advise from the sidelines. We’re in the room, on the product, in the trenches, until it ships
We are rooted here
Algeria first. Then the world. Everything we build is meant to prove what’s possible from here, and to shorten the path for the next builder
Our vision
A region where building a company isn’t a miracle. It’s a path
We want a digital landscape where anyone with the drive can create value: for themselves, for their community, for the region. Algiers is where it starts. It won’t be where it ends
Who we’re looking for
Builders. Not résumés
Founders with an underbuilt MVP. Engineers, designers, and operators who want to be part of something early. Partners who want the ecosystem to move. If you’re drawn to the startup path, with an idea or without one, you belong in this room
